We had the matcha with milk and hojicha. The matcha was a bit too sweet for our liking, but you can request to them to make it less sweet. And you can add more matcha! The highligh was the ice cream. it's a must-have when you go there. The place looked great for hanging out as they have both big and small tables. They also have designated tables for people who just want to drink match and open up a laptop and get some work done. Overall, it is a great place and a really friendly staff.

This new matcha cafe in our neighborhood is great. We loved their matcha drinks and food. I was happy they have milk substitutes like oat milk and give you options for how strong you want your matcha. The hojicha is also worth trying. We enjoyed their basque cheesecake with mochi and their regular one. We also liked their mushroom pesto. We also tried their Hokkaido soft serve ice cream. Highly recommended.

Honestly, I’ve been eyeing this cafe for a while and I thought to myself that I’ll visit soon and try their matcha since I’m a matcha person and the reputation of the café precedes itself. From the atmosphere, food, service and above all, their matcha & coffee is simply ethereal and authentic. I also would like to thank Ms. Derica for handling the lost and found items of their customers. Especially going beyond by searching their customers online to inform them on their lost item - this is pure malasakit & going beyond their duties & responsibility for being maybe a cafe owner but by being a good human being. The place is filled with young adults and the feeling young. They just love the matcha drinks, the ice-cream , cookies and the cakes. Parking is a challenging as I had to park at Caltex. Sidewalk parking is very limited. It's best to get dropped off and picked up by driver. Nice windy Alfresco . Each time you make an order... It takes 12 mins to Serve .

Super nice café if you wanna chill or work, very study/work-friendly vibes. They serve high quality matcha, as in legit legit, not the watery type you regret ordering. Just a heads up though: • Mejj on the pricey side especially if you go for higher-level matcha (may dagdag cost per level) • Gets a bit crowded from 5PM onwards so go early if you want tahimik vibes • Medyo challenging to commute going there, best if you have a car or mag-Grab nalang But overall? Worth the visit if you’re a matcha girly (or boyyy).

Visited Ujisan and ordered the level 4 Uji matcha latte, level 4 hojicha latte, and the burnt Basque cheesecake. The space is inviting with ample seating and parking available, which is a huge plus. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. Both drinks were delicious. If you enjoy a bold, rich matcha flavor like I do, I’d recommend going for level 5 or higher. The hojicha latte had a deep, roasted flavor that was perfectly balanced. Surprisingly, the cheesecake stole the show. Light, fluffy, and packed with flavor, it had just the right texture. Would definitely come back! Great drinks, amazing dessert, and a welcoming atmosphere!

It’s a hidden gem for matcha lovers! The matcha here is seriously one of the best I’ve tried — not too bitter, not overly sweet, just the perfect balance . I recommend getting the lover level for the matcha if you want a richer, fuller flavor! This time I ordered the Strawberry Matcha, and it was so good — you could really taste both the matcha and the strawberry together . It’s refreshing, flavorful, and such a comforting drink whether you’re dining in or take it to go. Their to-go orders even come with an adorable little bag, which made the experience extra cute . It’s actually my second time here, and I’ve loved their matcha drinks both times. The place is also really aesthetic and cozy, and you can even watch them prepare your drink fresh right in front of you, which is such a stratifying touch . The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming — they even gave us recommendations and had a little chat with us about their drinks and flavors, which made the visit even more personal and warm . It’s located right on top of a gasoline station — such a cool and unexpected find in the White Plains area. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re nearby. A must-visit for any matcha fan! .
